I spent 2 nights in a Standard Twin room and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes. The indoor swimming pool was great for relaxation, even if the gym could use some updates. Just a heads-up, you'll have to pay for parking, which can be a bit of a hassle. 😊

I had a good experience at the Marriott in Bonn. The location is fantastic, right across from the congress center and close to public transport. My room on the 13th floor had a stunning view. The separate bathroom with floor heating was a nice touch, and the bedding felt comfortable. I appreciated having access to the executive lounge for breakfast and snacks. The rooftop bar offered great views, perfect for sunsets. However, there were a few issues. Check-in was a bit slow. I had to wait while the staff was on the phone. The mini bar was empty, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Room service took way too long. I had to call multiple times for my food order. The staff's response when I asked about my order was friendly, but the delay was frustrating. Breakfast at the restaurant was chaotic on busy days, making it tough to enjoy. Overall, while my stay had enjoyable moments, the service could use some improvement.
